Jiangsu Hongyuan Pipeline Industry 2025 Annual Ceremony & Awards Successfully Held

At 9:00 a.m. today, Jiangsu Hongyuan Pipes Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2025 Annual Ceremony and Awards at the East Jin Hall of Dongjin International Hotel. Chairman Tang Bingyao, department heads, and all employees gathered to review the achievements of 2024 and outline the strategic vision for the new year.
Agenda: Building Consensus for Shared Growth

The ceremony commenced with presentations from department heads. Production Director Tang Chunhua, Equipment Director Yan Xinhong, and seven other leaders summarized annual achievements and proposed improvement plans. Chairman Tang Bingyao emphasized in his closing speech: "In 2024, the company's output value increased by 18% year-on-year. These achievements stem from every employee's dedication and innovation."

Honoring Excellence: Saluting the Spirit of Endeavor
The ceremony presented three major awards: "Annual Outstanding Employee" and "Perfect Attendance Award". Han Zhixia, Zhou Hangan, and eight others received the Outstanding Employee title, while Deng Hongbing and Ding Weigen were awarded for perfect attendance . Awardee Zhou Hangan stated: "This honor belongs to the team. We will continue to uphold high standards in LNG cryogenic pipeline quality inspection."

Celebration Highlights: Blending Culture and Expertise

Post-luncheon, employee-led performances energized the event. Dai Yongpeng from the Equipment Department performed "No More Hesitation", while Chen Chunru from HR presented a folk classic. Chairman Tang Bingyao inspired the crowd with the motivational song "Striving Leads to Victory". Three rounds of 1,000 RMB red envelope draws sparked enthusiastic participation.
