This valve manifold serves as marine pipeline control core, integrating pressure balancing, multi-directional compensation and emergency shutdown, designed for LNG fuel tanks, ballast systems and main engine cooling circuits, compliant with DNV-GL/ABS/CCS classification standards.

Core Technologies

Extreme Protection: 316L stainless steel bellows (EN 10204 3.1 certified), 2000h salt spray resistance, operating temperature -55°C~300°C;

Smart Interlock: Dual-redundant PLC control with <0.5s leakage response, remote ECR alarm (0.05MPa precision).
Typical Applications

LNG-powered Vessels: -163°C fuel supply pressure buffering 

Cruise Ship Piping: HVAC thermal expansion compensation (vibration attenuation ≥90%);

Research Vessels: Deep-sea sampling line pressure stabilization (10MPa@6000m depth).
